Founded in 1994, Montgomery Properties is a family-owned real estate company that has developed, owned, and managed multiple commercial properties throughout Missouri and surrounding states. The family’s history in the real estate industry stretches back to the 1950’s when Joel Montgomery, Sr. became one of the largest residential developers in the Mid-South. Following in his footsteps, Joel Montgomery, Jr. decided to branch out into the world of commercial real estate with the establishment of Montgomery Properties.

Since its inception, the team at Montgomery Properties has actively invested in the St. Louis and Southeast Missouri real estate markets. The family currently owns multiple land sites in Southeast Missouri and owns several commercial properties in the St. Louis metro area including properties in Des Peres, Clayton, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, Kirkwood, and Weldon Spring. In addition, the company manages multiple bank branches owned and operated by Montgomery Bank, which shares common ownership with Montgomery Properties.

With a nearly 30-year history, Montgomery Properties is engaged in all aspects of the real estate business, with experience in acquisitions, sales, development, management, maintenance and leasing of quality investment real estate.
